General information for plenary and paper presentations
A computer and projector will be provided by the venue
For the presentation a PDF or PowerPoint/Keynote format is acceptable.
It is possible to use your own laptop if this is preferable.
Bring the proper VGA adaptor for your device if you are using a Mac.
Poster presentations
For the posters size we advise an A0 vertical format (84.1 X 118.9 cm) to ensure that the poster fits on the poster stands.
We recommend to print your poster before coming to Milan
On Day1 and Day3 the posters should be put up in the morning and taken down in the evening.
Exhibitions and robot demos
Some demos will be shown in the exhibition space and their information will be available soon.
You are encouraged to bring your own robot demo and if you wish to do so please contact us for further information at info [dot] scnetwork [at] upf [dot] edu
