General information for plenary and paper presentations
- A computer and projector will be provided by the venue
- For the presentation a PDF or PowerPoint/Keynote format is acceptable.
- It is possible to use your own laptop if this is preferable.
- Bring the proper VGA adaptor for your device if you are using a Mac.
Poster presentations
- For the posters size we advise an A0 vertical format (84.1 X 118.9 cm) to ensure that the poster fits on the poster stands.
- We recommend to print your poster before coming to Barcelona
- On Day1 and Day3 the posters should be put up in the morning and taken down in the evening.
Exhibitions and robot demos
- Some demos will be shown in the exhibition space and their information will be available soon.
- You are encouraged to bring your own robot demo and if you wish to do so please contact us for further information at info [dot] scnetwork [at] upf [dot] edu
