Presentation guidelines

30 Minute presentations
--------------------------------

30 minute presentations will be presented according to the program schedule on the presenter’s own laptop. Please check that your laptop connects to the projector in the break before your talk (and if no break is available try the day before).

30 minute presentations will consist of 25 minutes of talk with 5 minutes of questions at the time indicated in the program.

5 Minute talks
--------------------------------

5 minute talks will be presented in one group of 11 presentations. Slides will be pre-loaded on a single laptop and should be submitted to Nathan Lepora (n [dot] lepora [at] sheffield [dot] ac [dot] uk) by the end of Wednesday, July 24th. If your file id large, please send a URL instead of attaching to email.

All 5 Minute talks will be between 12:00-13:00 on Thursday 1st August.

Presentations should be in power point (MAC or PC) and will be played from a PC computer. To ensure the movies will pay, they should be encoded with Handbrake, Universal profile and embedded into the powerpoint file.

All 5 minute talks will also give a poster presentation.

Poster Session
--------------------------------

You will be provided with one side of a poster board (1m wide by 2m high). Please ensure your poster fits within these dimensions. We recommend printing your poster in A0 portrait, but any poster that fits on the board should be fine.

All posters will be between 14:30-18:00 on Thursday 1st August.
